Following on from the recent announcement regarding Memberships, Members will receive the following for their monthly payments:

- Free streaming codes for all home Sky Bet League One fixtures. Please note that we are unable to offer codes for away fixtures due to broadcast regulations

- Members will be issued with TeamCard points equivalent to their monthly Membership cost (eg, an adult Member paying £30 per month will be issued with £30-worth of TeamCard points, a senior paying £19.50 per month will be issued with £19.50-worth of TeamCard points etc)

- Points can be accumulated to redeem against a range of exclusive items and experiences (including signed shirts, balls, Members-only merchandise, hospitality vouchers and events hosted by Tigers Events) which will be made available through www.tigerleisure.com and in store

- Alternatively, TeamCard points can also be redeemed online or in store against regular Tiger Leisure merchandise, or against future home league or cup match tickets up until the end of the 2021/22 season. Points redeemed in Tiger Leisure will earn Members an additional 10%-worth of TeamCard points

Streaming Codes

What Are Streaming Codes?

Streaming codes enable Members to access a live online video stream of each Sky Bet League One home fixture through our iFollow Tigers platform, which can be accessed through our Official Website www.hullcitytigers.com. Please note that we are unable to offer codes for away fixtures due to broadcast regulations.

How Will I Receive My Streaming Code?

Streaming codes will be emailed out in the days before each home league game to Members aged 16+ who have an email address linked to their ticketing account.

How Do I Redeem My Streaming Code?

Visit www.hullcitytigers.com, hover over the iFollow drop-down menu in the top navigation bar and click on ‘Subscribe’. Scroll down to ‘Match Passes’ select the fixture you have received a code for and click ‘Subscribe Now’. Log-in to your iFollow account (or create a new account if you don’t have one), enter your code in the relevant box and make sure you click ‘Apply’ (please note you will still have to enter your card details in order to process your code, but you won’t be charged). Then, on matchday, log back in, select ‘Next Match’ from the iFollow drop-down menu and then click on the ‘Watch live now’ button to enjoy the action.

TeamCard Points

What Are TeamCard Points?

TeamCard points are loyalty points accrued by Hull City Members when making purchases in Tiger Leisure or online at www.tigerleisure.com. Following our recent Membership announcement, points will be loaded automatically onto your Membership Card to be redeemed against future purchases.

What Are TeamCard Points Worth?

Each point is worth one pence. For example, 3,000 points are worth £30.

How Will My TeamCard Points Be Linked To My Membership?

TeamCard points will automatically be loaded onto the current Membership Card of the Member that makes the monthly Direct Debit payment.
 
When Will My TeamCard Points Be Added To My Card?
 
Points will be issued within ten working days of the start of each month to the Member paying the monthly Direct Debit, with points for August and September being issued in October, October’s points being issued in November and future points being issued a month in arrears.
 
What if the lead Member and payer of the Direct Debit are different – where do the points go?

The points will be uploaded onto the Membership Card of the Member that pays the monthly Direct Debit.
 
I pay for numerous Memberships but will have difficulty allocating points to individual Members as all of the points will be loaded onto my Membership Card. Is there a solution for this?

Yes there is. If you are in this position, the Member that pays the Direct Debit can email memberships@hulltigers.com to give their consent for their points to be split across individual Membership Cards for all future uploads. Please include your name and Customer Number, as well as the name(s) and Customer Number(s) of those you are requesting that points are allocated to.

What Can I Use My TeamCard Points For?

Members can use their TeamCard points when making purchases online or in store from Tiger Leisure. For example, if you have 3,000 points on your Membership Card and wish to buy an adult home shirt which is priced £44.99, £30 would be deducted from the price of the shirt leaving you to pay the remaining £14.99. Points can also be used against future home league or cup match tickets when supporters are allowed to return to the KCOM Stadium.

Alternatively, Members can store their points up to access a range of exclusive items and experiences which will be made available through www.tigerleisure.com in due course.
 
Why would an existing Member want to use TeamCard points to purchase tickets for future home league games?

We have included this option to give Members the opportunity to use their points to purchase tickets for friends or family who may wish to attend fixtures once things return to ‘normal’.
 
Can TeamCard points be used to pay for the live stream of away games on iFollow Tigers?

Unfortunately, due to EFL broadcast regulations, this isn’t something that we are able to offer at this time.

How Can I See How Many TeamCard Points I Have?

This can be done online at www.tigerleisure.com. If you already have a www.tigerleisure.com account linked to your Membership Card, simply log-in and you will be able to see how many points you have. If you have a www.tigerleisure.com account that isn’t linked to your Membership Card, please email aimie.broughton@hulltigers.com so that we can link your accounts up.

How Do I Redeem TeamCard Points?

TeamCard points can be redeemed online at www.tigerleisure.com when checking out, or by presenting your Membership Card when paying in store.

When shopping in store, just hand your Membership Card to the cashier at the till when paying for your items. They will swipe your card and you can choose you use your points as either part of full payment. You will also earn a further 10% of the transaction value* (exclusions apply) which will automatically be added to your card as points. These points can either be saved or redeemed against a future purchase. Only one Membership Card can be used at a time.

To use your points online, log-in to your www.tigerleisure.com account if you already have one, or create a new one if you don’t. When you have finished shopping, proceed to basket. Enter your 14-digit code (printed above the barcode on the back of your Membership Card) in the box marked ‘Season Card’ and click ‘Apply’. The amount of points you currently have will then be displayed. You will then be asked if you want to redeem your points – select yes or no – and also whether you would like to redeem your points in full or in part. If you are only your points in part, specify the amount in the box provided and click ‘Apply’. You will then see your points earned, points redeemed and your balance.

Please note that points cannot be added or redeemed retrospectively after you have completed your purchase. Membership Cards must be used at time of purchase

How long will the Club continue to issue TeamCard points for? Is there a maximum timeframe?

The Club will continue to monitor the situation and will always look to ensure that Members are receiving value for their monthly payments. Ultimately, we want to see fans back inside the KCOM Stadium as soon as possible once Government guidance allows.

When Do TeamCard Points Expire?

TeamCard points earned before the end of June 2021 will expire at the end of June 2022.
 
 
Memberships & Cancellations

After Reading The Latest Membership Update, I Wish To Cancel My Membership. How Can I Do This?

Members who wish to cancel should inform the Club in writing, either by email at memberships@hulltigers.com or by post at the following address: Memberships, Hull City, KCOM Stadium, West Park, Hull, HU3 6HU.

Please note that there will be no cancellation fee (equivalent to two months’ payments) for Members who cancel between 1st and 9th October 2020, meaning an immediate cancellation of their Membership.

Members that cancel during the above period will receive a voucher to be used against future match tickets, or a gift voucher that can be used in Tiger Leisure, in lieu of TeamCard points.

I Gave Notice Of Cancellation Before 1st October 2020 – What Happens Next?

The two-month notice period will still apply and your Membership will expire at the end of October/November as previously advised.

You will, however, continue to receive your free streaming code until your Membership expires, and also a voucher to be used against future match tickets, or a gift voucher that can be used in Tiger Leisure, in lieu of TeamCard points.

If I Cancel After 9th October 2020, What Will Happen?

The two-month notice period will apply, but you will continue to receive your free streaming code and your TeamCard points up until your Membership expires. TeamCard points will expire along with your Membership.
 
How Can I Claim My Voucher To Use Against Future Match Tickets Or My Voucher To Use In Tiger Leisure?
 
This can be done by contacting the Ticket Office from Saturday 7th November 2020 by emailing sales.centre@hulltigers.com. Or contact us by phone on 01482 505600 from Tuesday 10th November 2020 - lines are open from 9.30am - 4pm.
 
Is there any intention to extend the recent period of having no cancellation fee for Members that may wish to cancel?

Not at this present time.
 
Can TeamCard points accrued during this period be used towards future Membership payments?

This isn’t an option that will be offered.

If I Cancel My Membership But Then Re-join When Crowds Are Allowed To Return, Can I Keep My Current Seat?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.
