Watching Live
Domestic
Domestic Hull City fans will be able to watch selected games if all the following criteria is met.
- The game is not live on Sky Sports (excluding red button).
- Kick-off isn't between 2:45pm and 5:15pm on a Saturday.
- The game is not on the final weekend of the season.
- The home club have exercised their option (this applies to bank holiday and displaced Saturday fixtures only).
International
Supporters who live overseas can stream Hull City matches that aren't selected to be shown by domestic or international broadcasters.
This offers overseas Tigers fans a wide selection of games with the UK Saturday restriction not applicable.
Supporters located in the markets without EFL broadcasting agreements (unsold territories) will be able to watch all Hull City matches live on Tigers+.

Carabao Cup Games
Carabao Cup games are not eligible for streaming due to EFL Broadcast restrictions.
I'm having issues with my video feed - what should I do?
During the game, please report your technical issues to Support directly (streamsupport@wearehullcity.co.uk), who will investigate on your behalf. If there are no issues found with the broadcast itself, you will need to complete troubleshooting steps, which may involve confirming details about your device, software and internet connection.
System Requirements
Your device needs to comply with the following minimum system requirements:
- Operating Systems: Windows 8.1 or later, Mac 9+
- Browsers: latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari (Internet Explorer and Opera are not supported for Live Video)
- Mobiles & Tablets Operating Systems: Android 6+, iOS 9+ *some OS may still not be supported by manufacturer.
Internet Connection Requirements
You will require a WiFi or broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 1.2mbps with latency not exceeding 100ms for SD, and 4mbps with latency not exceeding 50ms for HD.
I've forgotten my username/password, what should I do?
If you've forgotten your username and/or password, please click on the relevant links on the login screen.
I am not receiving streaming emails/passwords, what should I do?
If you are waiting extended periods of time for a password reset or verification email, please whitelist the email address streamsupport@wearehullcity.co.uk and search for "Your Hull City HUB verification code" in your spam.
The system is showing I don't have a subscription.
If you have paid for an annual pass (audio or live streaming), this will not show as a subscription.
