Under-21s goalkeeper Callum Yam has signed for Northern Premier League East side Emley AFC on loan for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.

The 18-year-old shot-stopper joined the Tigers from Sheffield United in January 2024, keeping a clean sheet on debut for the Under-18s in a 3-0 win over Barnsley.

A regular feature for the Under-21s since his arrival, this will be Yam’s first loan experience of his career since completing his scholarship.

Emley sit in the play-offs in Northern Premier League East, occupying third spot on 71 points after 36 games.

Yam could make his debut for Richard Tracey’s side on Saturday as they travel to take on Ashington AFC, KO: 3pm.

We would like to wish Callum the best of luck during his loan!
