Under-21s goalkeeper Owen Foster has joined National League South side Torquay United on loan for the remainder of the 2024/25 campaign.
The 20-year-old has left his loan spell at National League side Hartlepool United to join the Gulls, with Foster not featuring for the Pools after being an unused substitute eight times.
Hull-born Foster joined the Tigers from Scunthorpe United in July 2023 and was an unused substitute for the first team in all six of the Tigers’ pre-season friendlies last summer.
Torquay, managed by Paul Wotton, sit in the National League South play-offs in fifth, winning 20 of 40 games played with 74 points, three points off top-of-the-table Worthing.
Foster will be aiming to make his debut as the Gulls travel to face Aveley on Saturday, KO: 3pm.
We would like to wish Owen the best of luck for his spell in Devon!
