Tickets for our Sky Bet Championship match away to West Bromwich Albion will go on sale to Members with 230 or more loyalty points on Friday 28 February at 9:30am.
The Tigers will head to The Hawthorns to take on Tony Mowbray’s fifth-placed Baggies on Saturday 15 March, kick-off 3pm.
We have received an allocation of 1,979 tickets in the Smethwick End.

HOW CAN I BUY MY TICKET?
Tickets will be available on a points basis.
Members are awarded 230 loyalty points and receive an additional 10 points for each away ticket sold to their customer number. Your loyalty points total, which includes points accrued since the start of the 2023/24 season, can be viewed online.
Members with 230+ points can purchase tickets from 9:30am on Friday 28 February until 8:30am on Monday 3 March.
Tickets will go on general sale from 9:30am on Monday 3 March.
Please ensure you purchase the correct age band as cancellations and upgrades will not be issued if tickets have been bought incorrectly.
There is one ticket per customer number. To book multiple tickets, supporters will need to make sure the accounts of their friends and family are linked and they have the qualifying points at the date of purchase.

West Brom tickets will not be available over the counter on the day of the Plymouth Argyle and Oxford United home games.
AMBULANT & WHEELCHAIR TICKET INFORMATION
We have been allocated 17 wheelchair bays in block A5.
Ambulant disabled tickets can be allocated from the main allocation at the discounted price of £20.00 for adults and seniors.
West Brom have five car parking spaces available for disabled supporters that can be booked by emailing their Disabled Liaison Officer Liz Massey at liz.massey@wbafc.co.uk.
Ambulant and wheelchair tickets are only available over the phone on 01482 505600 or from the MKM Stadium Ticket Office.
PARKING & TRAVEL INFORMATION
There is no official car park for away supporters, although there is ample parking in the area, both street and off road.
The nearest railway station is The Hawthorns, approximately 800 yards from the stadium. As you leave the station, follow the signs for visiting supporters. Trains to and from the station run via Birmingham Snow Hill rather than New Street. Should a connection be required from New Street, Smethwick Rolfe Street Station is also within walking distance.

The last day for postage is Tuesday 11 March at 2pm.
If you have not received your tickets by 10am on Friday 14 March, please contact the Ticket Office on 01482 505600 by no later than 12 noon to arrange for duplicate tickets to be collected at West Brom.
COLLECTION
Tickets must be collected from the MKM Stadium Ticket Office by 12 noon on Friday 14 March.
If you cannot collect your tickets, please contact the Ticket Office on 01482 505600 by no later than 3pm on Friday 14 March to make alternative arrangements.
Uncollected tickets will not be sent to West Brom.

Tiger Travel will depart from the South Stand car park at 9:45am.
Supporters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. ID must be shown that matches the name on the travel ticket list to board the coach.
Under 18s who have purchased Tiger Travel without a travelling adult will have their order cancelled.
If you wish to be seated with friends and family, please make sure to book onto the same coach as changes cannot be made once the booking has been processed.
RAIL & TRAM TRAVEL INFORMATION
Supporters travelling by rail to Birmingham New Street station should check rail enquires for any engineering works that may disrupt your journey.
Trams stop outside Birmingham New Street at the Metro Grand Central tram stop on Stephenson Street (B2 4BL) and stop at The Hawthorns.
Trains also operate from Birmingham Snow Hill station (B3 2BJ) to The Hawthorns. Birmingham Snow Hill is a 10-minute walk from Birmingham New Street.
Trams operate every eight minutes until 8pm and then every 15 minutes until the end of service. The journey time from Grand Central to The Hawthorns tram stop is 15 minutes. The last tram from The Hawthorns to Grand Central is at 0:29am, arriving at 0:44am.
