Ticket Details: Cardiff City (A)

Tickets for our Sky Bet Championship match away to Cardiff City will go on sale to Members with 230 or more loyalty points on Monday 17 February at 9:30am.

The Tigers will head to the Cardiff City Stadium on Tuesday 25 February, kick-off 7:45pm.

We have received an allocation of 1,149 safe standing tickets, along with a small number of easy access seating tickets.

Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

HOW CAN I BUY MY TICKET?

Tickets will be available on a points basis.

Members are awarded 230 loyalty points and receive an additional 10 points for each away ticket sold to their customer number. Your loyalty points total, which includes points accrued since the start of the 2023/24 season, can be viewed online.

Members with 230+ points can purchase tickets from 9:30am on Monday 17 February until 8:30am on Tuesday 18 February.

Tickets will go on general sale from 9:30am on Tuesday 18 February.

Please ensure you purchase the correct age band as cancellations and upgrades will not be issued if tickets have been bought incorrectly.

There is one ticket per customer number. To book multiple tickets, supporters will need to make sure the accounts of their friends and family are linked and they have the qualifying points at the date of purchase.

Online – Tuesday 25 February at 9:30am

Tiger Leisure – Saturday 22 February at 5:30pm

Telephone – Tuesday 25 February at 12 noon

WHERE CAN I BUY MY TICKETS?

Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone on 01482 505600 or in person from Tiger Leisure in St Stephen’s Shopping Centre (HU2 8LN) and the MKM Stadium Ticket Office.

Cardiff tickets will not be available over the counter on the day of the Norwich City home game.

AMBULANT & WHEELCHAIR TICKET INFORMATION

We have been allocated 12 wheelchair bays in block 120.

We have received 77 easy access seating tickets in front of the safe standing area, which are strictly no standing permitted.

Ambulant disabled tickets can be allocated from the safe standing areas and are charged at the general ticket price with a free personal assistant.

We have been allocated 12 accessible car parking bays. These are free of charge and available on a first-come, first-served basis. For further information, please email Ben Jones, Cardiff’s DOA, at ben.jones@cardiffcityfc.co.uk.

Ambulant and wheelchair tickets are only available over the phone on 01482 505600 or from the MKM Stadium Ticket Office.

POSTAGE

The last day for postage is Thursday 20 February at 2pm.

If you have not received your tickets by 10am on Tuesday 25 February, please contact the Ticket Office on 01482 505600 by no later than 12 noon to arrange for duplicate tickets to be collected at Cardiff.

COLLECTION

Tickets must be collected from the MKM Stadium Ticket Office by 3pm on Tuesday 25 February.

If you cannot collect your tickets, please contact the Ticket Office on 01482 505600 by no later than 3pm on Tuesday 25 February to make alternative arrangements.

Uncollected tickets will not be sent to Cardiff.

TIGER TRAVEL

Tiger Travel will depart from the South Stand car park at 11:45am.

Supporters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. ID must be shown that matches the name on the travel ticket list to board the coach.

Under-18s who have purchased Tiger Travel without a travelling adult will have their order cancelled. 

If you wish to be seated with friends and family, please make sure to book onto the same coach as changes cannot be made once the booking has been processed.
