Young striker Tyrell Sellars-Fleming will spend the rest of the 2024/25 season on loan at National League side Gateshead.

The 19-year-old has featured nine times for the Tigers since arriving from Scunthorpe United to join the club’s Under-21 side in August 2023.

Featuring five times this season in the first team, the Lincoln-born forward has been a regular scorer for Conor Sellars’ Under-21 side this campaign.

Nominated for the club’s Uber Eats Goal of the Month award for December for his finish in a 4-3 win over Crewe Alexandra Under-21s, the striker netted a hat-trick recently for the Under-21s in their 5-0 home victory over Birmingham City.

Gateshead, under the management of Carl Magnay, currently sit in the National League play-offs in fifth place on 52 points, winning 15 of their 29 games.

We wish Tyrell the best of luck for his time at Gateshead!
