Tickets for our Sky Bet Championship match away to Stoke City will be on sale to all Members on Wednesday 4 September at 9:30am.

Tim Walter’s side will travel to Staffordshire to face Steven Schumacher’s Potters on Friday 20 September, kick-off 8pm.

The Tigers will be hoping to replicate the performance from last time at the bet365 Stadium, when City returned to East Yorkshire with all three points after an impressive 3-1 victory.

We have been allocated 2,188 tickets with the following prices:

There will be no pay on the day facility at the bet365 Stadium.


Extra Information

All tickets on rows 13 and above are licensed standing. Rows 12 and below are seating. Persistent standing in seated areas is not permitted.

We have been allocated an area in block 35 that is recommended for family groups. This area is only available by telephone on 01482 505600 or in person at the MKM Stadium Ticket Office.

Children under the age of two years will not be permitted entry into the ground due to health and safety reasons.

Ticket holders aged two to 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The adult ticket must be purchased at the same time and seated adjacent to the child. Unaccompanied children under the age of 14 years will not be admitted into the stadium.


How can I buy my tickets?

Tickets for this game will be on a points basis.

Each Member has been awarded 230 points and then an additional 10 points for each away game sold to their customer number for this season and last. You can see how many loyalty points you and your friends and family have on your account online.

Members who have 230 points or more can buy from 9:30am on Wednesday 4 September until 8:30am on Friday 6 September.

General sale will be from 9:30am on Friday 6 September.

Please make sure to buy from the correct age band and adhere to the above age restrictions as we will not issue any cancellations or upgrades if tickets have been purchased incorrectly.

It is one ticket per customer number so please make sure everyone you want to purchase a ticket for is registered in your friends and family and they all have the qualifying points at the date of purchase.

Ambulant/Wheelchair Ticket Info

We have been allocated high level wheelchair bays in block 35. Rows 10 to 12 are recommended for supporters with walking difficulties.

Ambulant and wheelchair tickets are only available by telephone on 01482 505600 or in person at the MKM Stadium Ticket Office.

Five disabled parking passes are available, priced at £10 each. These can only be purchased by calling the Ticket Office and must be purchased at the same time as your ticket. Disabled parking is directly behind the away end.


What is the last day for postage?

The last time you can choose the postage option is 2pm on Monday 16 September. 


If I have chosen Collection, where and when do I have to collect them by?

Tickets must be collected from the MKM Stadium Ticket Office no later than 12 noon on Thursday 19 September.

It is your responsibility to inform us if you are unable to collect your tickets as uncollected orders will NOT be sent to Stoke.

If you cannot visit the Ticket Office by the above date and time, please call 01482 505600 to make alternative arrangements.


What if my tickets don’t arrive in the post?

If you have not received your tickets by 12 noon on Thursday 19 September, please contact the Ticket Office on 01482 505600 to arrange duplicate tickets for collection at Stoke.

This must be done by no later than 10am on Friday 20 September.


Tiger Travel

Tiger Travel will now depart from the South Stand car park, as opposed to the Spring Bank end of Walton Street, due to Hull FC's match being moved to Saturday.

Supporters under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you are under 16 and have purchased Tiger Travel without a travelling adult, your order will be cancelled.

If you wish to be seated on the same coach as friends and family, please make sure you are all booked on the same coach. Changes cannot be made once the booking has gone through.
