Ticket Details: Luton Town (A)

Tickets for our Sky Bet Championship match away to Luton Town will go on sale to Members with 300 or more loyalty points on Wednesday 6 November at 9:30am.

The Tigers will head to Kenilworth Road on Saturday 23 November, kick-off 3.00pm.

We have received an allocation of 1350 tickets, these are located in both the Oak Road Stand which is all Safe Standing and a very limited number of seating tickets in the Bobbers Stand which are recommended for Ambulant Disabled Supporters, Elderly & Families.

This game is all ticket.

*Please note Supporters aged 14 and under must be accompanied by and seated next to an adult over the age of 18. Tickets must be purchased at the same time. Unaccompanied children aged 14 and under  will not be admitted into the stadium.

Luton's bag policy is no bigger than A4 and all bags will be searched on entry.

How can I buy my ticket? 

Tickets will be available on a points basis. 

Members are awarded 230 loyalty points and receive an additional 10 points for each away ticket sold to their customer number. Your loyalty points total, which includes points accrued since the start of the 2023/24 season, can be viewed online.

All Members with 300+ points can purchase tickets from 9:30am on Wednesday 6th November until Thursday 7th November 8.30am.

Members with 260+ points can purchase tickets from 9.30am on Thursday 7th November until Friday 8th November 8.30am (Subject to availability).

Members with 240+ points can purchase tickets from 9.30am on Friday 8th November until Monday 11th November 8.30am (Subject to availability).

Members with 230+ points can purchase tickets from 9.30am on Monday 11th November (Subject to availability).

Please ensure you purchase the correct age band as cancellations and upgrades will not be issued if tickets have been bought incorrectly.

There is one ticket per customer number. To book multiple tickets, supporters will need to make sure the accounts of their friends and family are linked and they have the qualifying points at the date of purchase.

Where can I buy my tickets? 

Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone on 01482 505600, or from either the MKM Stadium Ticket Office and in Tiger Leisure in St. Stephen's Shopping Centre. 

Luton tickets will not be available over the counter on the day of the West Bromwich Albion home game. 

Ambulant & Wheelchair Ticket Information:

We have been allocated seven wheelchair bays. Seating in the Bobbers Stand is recommended for Ambulant Disabled Supporters.  

Ambulant and wheelchair tickets are only available over the phone on 01482 505600 or from the MKM Stadium Ticket Office.

Disabled Supporters over 16 will receive a 25% discount on the price of their ticket with a PA ticket free of charge if required.

Luton's away bar is fully accessible via ramped access from the turnstiles up to the accessible seating area. The accessible toilet with RADAR key entry is in the same area.

Postage

The last day for postage is Tuesday 19 November at 2pm.

If you have not received your tickets by 10.00am on Friday 22 November, please contact the Ticket Office on 01482 505600 by no later than 12 noon to arrange for duplicate tickets to be collected at Luton. 

Collection

Tickets must be collected from the MKM Stadium Ticket Office by midday on Friday 22 November.

If you cannot collect your tickets, please contact the Ticket Office on 01482 505600 by no later than 10.00am on Friday 22 November to make alternative arrangements. Uncollected tickets will NOT be sent to Luton.

Tiger Travel

Tiger Travel will depart from the South Stand car park at 8.30am.

Supporters under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Under 16s who have purchased Tiger Travel without a travelling adult will have their order cancelled. 

If you wish to be seated with friends and family, please make sure to book onto the same coach as changes cannot be made once the booking has been processed.
