Ticket Details: Middlesbrough (A)

Tickets for our Sky Bet Championship match away to Middlesbrough will go on sale to Members with 300+ points on Tuesday 12 November at 9:30am.

The Tigers will head to The Riverside Stadium on Saturday 30 November, kick-off 12.30pm.

We have received an allocation of 2,118 tickets, which are located in both the Upper & Lower Tiers.

Please be aware this fixture is all ticket therefore no tickets will be available on the day.

*Supporters aged under 14 must be accompanied by and seated next to an adult aged 18 or over. Tickets must be purchased at the same time. Unaccompanied children under 14 will not be admitted into the stadium.

How can I buy my ticket?

Tickets will be available on a points basis.

Members are awarded 230 loyalty points and receive an additional 10 points for each away ticket sold to their customer number. Your loyalty points total, which includes points accrued since the start of the 2023/24 season, can be viewed online.

Members with 300+ loyalty points can purchase tickets from 9:30am on Tuesday 12 November until Wednesday 13 November, 8.30am

Members with 260+ points can purchase tickets from 9.30am on Wednesday 13 November until Thursday 14 November, 8.30am.

Members with 240+ points can purchase tickets from 9.30am on Thursday 14 November until Friday 15 November,  8.30am.

Members with 230+ points can purchase tickets from 9.30am on Friday 15 November until Monday 18 November, 8.30am.

General sale  from 9:30am on Monday 18 November.

Please ensure you purchase the correct age band as cancellations and upgrades will not be issued if tickets have been bought incorrectly.

There is one ticket per customer number. To book multiple tickets, supporters will need to make sure the accounts of their friends and family are linked and they have the qualifying points at the date of purchase.

Where can I buy my tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone on 01482 505600 or in-person from either the MKM Stadium Ticket Office or inside Tiger Leisure in St. Stephen’s Shopping Centre.

Middlesbrough tickets will not be available over the counter on the day of the West Bromwich Albion and Sheffield Wednesday home games.

Ambulant & Wheelchair Ticket Information

We have been allocated 12 disabled platform wheelchair bays. We have also received 11 easy access seats in Block 50 (Lower).

A limited number of seats recommended by Middlesbrough will be available to buy.

Ambulant and wheelchair tickets are only available over the phone on 01482 505600 or from the MKM Stadium Ticket Office.

Postage

The last day for postage is Tuesday 26 November at 2pm.

If you have not received your tickets by midday on Thursday 28 November, please contact the Ticket Office on 01482 505600 to arrange for duplicate tickets to be collected at Middlesbrough. Please notify the club by 10am on Friday 29 November.

Collection

Tickets must be collected from the MKM Stadium Ticket Office by midday on Friday 29 November.

If you cannot collect your tickets, please contact the Ticket Office on 01482 505600 to make alternative arrangements. Uncollected tickets will NOT be sent to Middlesbrough.

Tiger Travel

Tiger Travel will depart from the South Stand car park at 8.15am.

Supporters under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Under 16s who have purchased Tiger Travel without a travelling adult will have their order cancelled. 

If you wish to be seated with friends and family, please make sure to book onto the same coach as changes cannot be made once the booking has been processed.

Travel Advice

Organised Group leaders and Coach/Minibus hire companies are recommended to book parking in advance. This can be pre booked by calling 01642 929421.

Discounted passes are priced at £15.00 per Coach and £10.00 per minibus.

Those who arrive without a valid parking pass will be required to pay in full with cash on the day. Matchday parking charges are £20.00 per coach and £15.00 per minibus.
