Hull City will kick off the 2024/25 Sky Bet Championship season at home to Bristol City.

Tim Walter’s first competitive match as head coach will take place on Saturday 10 August at the MKM Stadium, kick-off 12:30pm.

The Tigers will make the 680-mile round journey to Plymouth Argyle seven days later before hosting Millwall on Saturday 24 August and finishing the opening month away to Yorkshire rivals Leeds United.

Festive fixtures away to Lancashire clubs Preston North End on Boxing Day and Blackburn Rovers on Sunday 29 December precede a home New Year’s Day meeting with Middlesbrough.

Over the Easter weekend, Walter’s men will travel to South Wales to face Swansea City on Good Friday before entertaining Preston on Easter Monday.

Our campaign will conclude against two promoted clubs with a home game against Derby County on Saturday 26 April before a final-day trip to League One champions Portsmouth on Saturday 3 May.

Fixtures are subject to change.
