Ticket Information: Sheffield United (H)

Tickets for our home fixture against Sheffield United will be available to purchase on Monday 19 August at 9:30am. 

Tim Walter’s Hull City side welcome the Blades to the MKM Stadium for the first Sky Bet Championship game after the September international break on Friday 13 September, KO: 8pm.

Important Information:

Due to potential away fans purchasing tickets in the home end, the club have put an embargo in place against new Customers that have created a new account. New customers will not be able to purchase tickets for the game. 

If you already have a customer number, but have NOT activated your account since the transfer to Ticketmaster, please reactivate your account by clicking the link here. 

If you have a previous booking history with Hull City, but are unsure of your existing customer number please follow the below steps:

-Once on the ticket site select the profile icon on the top right hand corner

-Select “forgot your sign in details?” then “forgot your customer number?”

- You will then be asked for your email address and date of birth. Enter these details and click “request reference”

- You will then receive an email with your customer number. Please ensure you are checking your junk/spam folder.

-You then need to activate your account by going back to ‘forgot your sign in details’ and putting in your Customer Number and Surname.

Tickets can be purchased for the game from Monday 19 August at 9:30am, until noon on Friday 13 September. No tickets will be available on matchday after 12pm. 

Where Can I Buy My Tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online here, over the phone on 01482 505600 or from the MKM Stadium Ticket Office.

The Ticket Office will be open for in-person sales on matchday from 9am until 12pm.

How Many Tickets Can I Purchase?

Supporters can purchase a maximum of six tickets per customer number. The maximum basket order is ten tickets.

If I Have Chosen Collection, Where And When Can I Collect My Tickets?

Tickets can be collected both during the week and on the day of the game from the Ticket Office at the MKM Stadium.
