Under-21s duo Jevon Mills and Tom Nixon have left the club on loan, joining Solihull Moors and Boston United respectively.

Mills, 19, joins Solihull for a 28-day loan while Nixon, 20, will stay with Boston until the end of the season.

Making his senior Tigers debut in November 2021 in a 1-0 away win against Cardiff City, Mills has previously spent time out on loan at Falkirk and Gateshead, making seven appearances for the latter earlier this season.

Nixon returns to Boston after making five appearances for the Pilgrims already this campaign. Winning three and drawing the other two fixtures he featured in, the full-back’s time at Boston was cut short due to injury.

Solihull sit 11th in the National League table, three points off the play-off places, while Boston are two points adrift of safety in 22nd in National League North.

The defensive duo will be looking to make their respected debuts on Saturday when Solihull travel to face Dagenham & Redbridge and Boston host Darlington.

We would like to wish both Jevon and Tom the best of luck for their loan spells.
