Goalkeeper Matt Ingram’s emergency loan spell with Luton Town has been extended by another week.

The 28-year-old joined the Championship high-flyers at the start of May and endured a difficult debut as the Hatters were vanquished 7-0 by champions Fulham.

His second appearance was a more uplifting experience as he kept a clean sheet in a 1-0 victory over Reading, a result which assured Nathan Jones’ team of sixth spot.

The custodian will be available for Luton’s play-off semi-final first leg against Huddersfield Town at Kenilworth Road this Friday, 13th May.

We wish Matt the best of luck.
