Forward Keane Lewis-Potter has been called up to the England Under-21 squad for the first time.
The 21-year-old will be part of Lee Carsley’s group for their UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifying double header during the March international break.
The Young Lions host Andorra at AFC Bournemouth’s Vitality Stadium on Friday 25th (KO 7:45pm) before facing Albania in Elbasan on Tuesday 29th (KO 7:45pm).
Lewis-Potter has been one of the Tigers’ standout performers this term, scoring nine goals and providing three assists in his first season as a Championship regular.
The Hull City academy product has netted 26 goals in 114 appearances for his hometown club, including 15 during our 2020/21 League One title triumph.
Everyone at the club would like to congratulate Keane on his maiden international call-up.
