Memberships: Priority Seat Move Window

The priority period for Members who wish to move seats for the 2022/23 season is now open and runs until Friday 24th June.

Members are able to move their seats online, via the Ticket Office on 01482 505600 during regular opening hours, or by visiting Tiger Leisure in person at the MKM Stadium.

However, the quickest way to change seats is online via the ticketing website. We've created a helpful step-by-step guide on how to do this which you can view below:

We are encouraging Members to check all their details, especially postal address, ahead of your new Membership Card being sent out in the post. You can do this by logging into your online ticketing account here. The deadline for changing your address ahead of Membership Cards being sent out is Friday 24th June at 5pm.

 

As a reminder, we are encouraging supporters who wish to move as a group to connect their online ticketing accounts via 'Friends and Family'.

   

Read the instructions below to connect accounts via 'Friends and Family':

1) Go to our ticketing website and log in to the ticketing account associated with your Membership.

2) On the My Account Page, click on the 'Add Family and Friends' tab.

3) Simply provide the supporter number, surname and postcode of the supporter you wish to link.

4) Once you have done this, the supporter will either appear on your account or you will appear on theirs. Your linked friends and family are listed on the 'Family and Friends' page.
