Born in Antalya, Türkiye, Sinik began his career with his hometown club of Antalyaspor. Progressing through the club’s youth system, the winger made his debut as a 16-year-old in May 2015 against Elazigspor in the 1.Lig, coming on as a second-half substitute to replace Lokman Gör.
Antalyspor would go on to win promotion to the Süper Lig via the play-offs at the end of the 2014/15 campaign, with Sinik making his Süper Lig debut in the 7-0 thrashing of Trabzonspor the following season.
The 23-year-old’s big break into senior football came on loan at Antalya Kemerspor, joining them on loan ahead of the 2017/18 season. Scoring twice in 31 appearances in all competitions for Antalya Kemerspor, Sinik helped the club reach the semi-finals of the TFF Third League play-offs.
Upon the expiry of his loan spell, Sinik became a regular feature at Antalyapsor over the next three seasons, helping them reach the 2020/21 Turkish Cup and 2021 Turkish Super Cup finals.
Last season, Sinik produced his best season to date, registering seven assists and scoring three goals in the Süper Lig. Overall for Antalyapsor, the versatile winger made 123 appearances for the club, registering 12 assists and scoring five goals.
Internationally, Sinik has represented Türkiye at Under-16, Under-18, Under-19, Under-21 and senior level. Making a combined 25 caps at youth level for his country, scoring two goals, the 23-year-old made his senior international debut on the 29th March 2022 against Italy.
His other four senior caps came in the UEFA Nations League earlier this year, scoring a brace in a 6-0 victory over Lithuania.
