After signing his first professional contract with the club a week ago, second-year scholar Jevon Mills has gone on to earn his first caps for the Republic of Ireland Under-19s.
Under the guidance of Tom Mohan, the Republic of Ireland Under-19s returned to action for the first time since November 2019 with a double-header against Sweden Under-19s.
Mills featured in both games for the Boys in Green - coming off the bench in the first fixture, before being named as captain and playing the full 90 minutes of the second encounter earlier this week.
Elsewhere, Josh Magennis featured in both of Northern Ireland's qualifying matches for next year's World Cup.
The 31-year-old striker was introduced as a substitute against Switzerland, before being named in Ian Baraclough's starting line-up last night against Bulgaria.
Callum Elder and James Scott were unused substitutes for Australia and Scotland Under-21s respectively, while Matt Smith was left out of the Wales matchday squad for both of their qualifiers.
