Young forward Billy Chadwick’s loan spell with National League side FC Halifax Town has been extended until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old has made six appearances since returning to The Shay for a second spell at the start of March – four of them starts.
He scored his first goal since rejoining the West Yorkshire club in a 2-2 draw against league leaders Sutton United on Saturday.
The Shaymen have accrued 13 points from a possible 18 since Chadwick’s return and now sit one point and one place outside the play-offs in eighth, having been 15th when he arrived.
The Hull-born attacker scored three goals in five outings during his first spell from December to January and has featured nine times for the Tigers this campaign.
Pete Wild's side still have 13 games remaining this season, with a home match against struggling Weymouth next up on Easter Monday.
