Club staff complete Prostate United challenge!

3 December 2021

Hull City staff raised more than £7,500 in November for Prostate Cancer UK.

Twenty-two members of staff, including Vice-Chairman Ehab Allam and Head Coach Grant McCann, took part in Prostate United’s ‘Every day in November’ challenge.

Each participant was required to either run 5km or cycle 25km every day throughout the month to help raise funds for life-saving cancer research.

All club personnel involved completed the endurance test and collectively raised £7,667 for the charity on JustGiving – smashing their target.

Congratulations to everyone who took part in Prostate United and helped raise so much money for a very important cause.

One in eight men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime, making it the most common cancer in men. For more information on Prostate Cancer UK and to donate, please visit www.prostatecanceruk.org.
