We are pleased to announce that our new-look ticketing website is now live.
Although for obvious reasons there are no tickets available to purchase at the moment, we are encouraging all supporters to take this opportunity to log-in and check that we hold the correct details including postal address, email address and friends & family links.
Click here to visit our new-look ticketing website, which has been developed by Advanced who are leaders in ticket management software. Further features will be added as and when we are able to start selling tickets once again.
Hull City Members, and supporters who have previously purchased tickets from us, will be asked to create a new password when using the new website for the first time. This can be done by clicking on ‘Login’ and then following the on-screen prompts (please note that your Customer Number remains the same as previously). Once you have logged in, you will be taken straight to the ‘Update Details’ section where you can check, and update if necessary, the details we currently hold for you.
Supporters who haven’t previously purchased tickets through the ticket office are invited to set up a new account. Click here to visit the new website and then click on ‘Register’ at the top of the page before completing the registration form.
