Hull City midfielder Callum Jones has been called up to the Wales U19s’ international camp for their upcoming fixture against England U19s.
The 19 year-old, who has been heavily involved with the first-team squad, made his senior debut for the Tigers in the EFL Trophy match against Leicester City U21s last month.
Following an impressive debut, Jones came off the bench against Gillingham and Leeds United before being rewarded with a start against West Ham United in the Carabao Cup.
The Cymru U19s face England U19s on Tuesday 13th October at St George’s Park in a 12 noon kick-off.
Elsewhere, Josh Magennis has been called up to the Northern Ireland squad for their upcoming Nations League fixtures against Austria and Norway.
The striker has earned 50 caps for Northern Ireland to date, and will hoping to gain two more when facing Austria on the 11th October before travelling to clash with Norway on the 14th October.
James Scott was set to be included in the Scotland U21s’ squad for their upcoming fixtures against Czech Republic and San Marino U21s, but will now sit out those matches after picking up an injury in the Tigers’ victory over Northampton Town.
