Lost Property

To report a lost item, please email with details of the item and where you were sitting. If you become aware you have lost something during your visit, please contact your nearest steward who will verify whether something of that description has been handed in.

Opening Time

Turnstiles typically open an hour and a half before kick-off. Supporters are advised to arrive early to avoid large crowds and prevent queues from building up at the turnstiles.

Using Your Ticket

To enter the ground, you will need to use the turnstile indicated on your ticket. Place the ticket under the reader and make sure the bar code is under the scanner. Wait for the light to turn GREEN and proceed into the stadium. If the light goes RED, please notify a steward for assistance.

Late Arrivals

Supporters who arrive late for kick-off can still gain entry, with one turnstile in each stand remaining open for half an hour after the match has started. Turnstiles 12 (East Stand), 14 (South), 39 (West), 41 (North - home supporters) and 50 (North – away supporters) are the designated late turnstiles. Those who arrive 30 minutes after kick-off should alert a steward on one of the access gates in the corners of the stadium.

Away supporters are housed in the North-East corner of the stadium.

The MKM Stadium is an all-seater venue and supporters are asked to remain seated at all times and keep gangways clear in case of emergency.

Away fans should enter the ground via turnstiles 47-50 and 1-5. Lift access is via disabled 46 entrance.

Away Banners

Away fans are welcome to bring banners into the ground, providing they are fire certificated, displayed appropriately and do not exceed 1m x 2m.

The club reserves the right to refuse banners that cannot be displayed appropriately and turn banners away on the grounds of offensive content or supporter safety.

Away tickets that remain unsold will be available to purchase on the day of the game from the Ticket Office in the East Stand.

The Pitchside Bar will open two hours before kick-off and close when the match has started.

Please check with your club before travelling as no tickets will be available if the away allocation has already sold out.
